FAQ

What counts as a session? A session is a unique visitor interaction within a 30-minute window. Multiple page views from the same visitor count as one session.

What happens if I exceed my session limit? On the free plan, analytics tracking pauses but recommendations keep working. On paid plans, you won’t be cut off — we’ll notify you if you’re consistently over your limit so you can upgrade.

Can I switch plans at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
