Quick Start

1. Enable the App Embed

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and toggle on SimplerSuite Recommendations.

This injects the lightweight recommendation widget script on every page of your storefront.

2. Create a Widget

In the app dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Widgets → Create Widget.
  2. Choose a placement (e.g., Product Page).
  3. Select a recommendation strategy (e.g., “Frequently Bought Together”).
  4. Save.

3. Configure the Proxy (optional)

If you want the widget to load recommendations through your store’s domain (avoiding third-party requests), enable the app proxy in Settings → App Proxy.

4. Test It

Visit a product page on your storefront. You should see a recommendations carousel below the product details.

5. Check the Dashboard

Go to Analytics in the app dashboard. Within a few minutes, you should see impressions being tracked as shoppers view the widget.
